I have really noticed a change in both the air and the morning light this week. Spring does feel to be in the air.

Getting out for regular early morning walks throughout the year allows me to see the changing seasons and some amazing views.

I love getting out for early morning walks. Apart from the exercise, I find being out in the fresh air enjoying the countryside rather mindful.

Last week I headed out for a night under the stars, wild camping, the first time since last summer.
